Refund policy

At Delicate Delights Bakery, every treat is made with care and crafted fresh for you. Because of the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

However, we want you to be happy with your order! If you experience an issue with your item (wrong item, quality concern, etc.), please reach out to us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We will gladly evaluate the situation and, if appropriate, offer store credit toward a future purchase.

Please note:
    •    Store credit will only be issued for valid concerns reported within the 24-hour window.
    •    We do not accept returns or issue store credit for:
    •    Changes of mind after pickup/delivery
    •    Products that have been partially or fully consumed
    •    Improper storage or handling after pickup
    •    Custom orders and personalized items are not eligible for store credit unless there is an error on our part.
